MINDEF PRIDE DAY
Went for a trip this morning to visit MINDEF PRIDE Day at Toa Payoh HDB Hub. Nothing that exciting really, only the usual high cost saving/avoidance projects done by MINDEF staff, most of which has nothing to do with me.
Highlight was simply the souvenirs I walked away with actually. Stikfas™, the name of the company that made all the Alpha Male figurines with the cute model rifles and rank stickers, were given out to participants in games. Pretty easy to get when the facilitators were there to give you hints. Kudos to them :) Lucky me also got another figurine which is an exclusive one, limited to 500 people who sms to 88.3 radio station. Apparently its worth $50, so maybe I can sell it for more than that in 5 years time?
Pretty much another ordinary day for me back in office, getting myself stressed up over small matters and mountains (out of a molehill maybe) of paperwork.
Secondary School Class outing's on 7 Jun 08. Nostalgic. Hopeful. Dread.
